Overall, this is a good facility for the price. The staff is friendly and it is well maintained. The gym is a little small and can get crowded.

Friendly staff. Friendly Atmosphere. Good range of classes. The swimming pool is a decent size Got sauna & steam room.

Small gym, decent facilities for the price you pay for the yearly membership. What really lets this place down is the opening hours, and if anything is faulty it takes forever to fix. On the 22nd December I turned up 46 before closing time and the lady denied me access. I don’t understand this policy I will be leaving at the same time as everyone else anyway! I drove 20 mins to get to this gym and pay a yearly membership why would you need to take the tills off 45 mins+ before closing time. I’m not sure if I would want to renew when my contract comes up, too many restrictions and the opening hours are not favourable.

The pool was great, however, the changing room lockers the wrist bands were broken, so had difficulty finding a locker I could use.. the pool was not exceptional busy, please look into, as in busy times could be a problem, has put me off going back tbh

Only been with them from the 01st June… Made a bit of a blunder with my membership…talked to the receptionist and she sorted it out no problem…, All the staff I’ve had contact with have been pleasant and helpful and just wanted to let people know how welcoming they all have been…. People I’ve met in the venue have been most accommodating and feel it should be mentioned were credit is due…
